I’ve been a coach now for coming up to 9 years.
Growing up I was overweight, which led me to establishing the gym back when I was 17 when my mum moved me from Bolton to York.
I found a passion for helping people when I spent 4 years working in retail once arriving in York. I then decided to join that up with my new found love for the gym & begin helping people through the same transformation I’d been through.
I am passionate about exercise, connecting with new people & making the gym a fun, friendly & welcoming environment.
More recently I’ve found my passion move towards overall well-being. Using exercise as a tool to build key life skills like resilience, confidence & self-worth.
I now personally use exercise to feel great, as I realise that overflows into all other areas of life.
I love to do martial arts, running & strength & conditioning.
I am always happy to help & I’ll always do my best to bring energy to your sessions.
