Tuesday - 6:00am, 7:00am, 9:30am, 6:00pm, 7:00pm
Wednesday - 6:00am, 7:00am, 9:30am, 6:00pm, 7:00pm
Thursday - 6:00am, 7:00am, 9:30am, 6:00pm, 7:00pm
Friday - 6:00am, 7:00am, 9:30am, 6:30pm
Saturdays - 8:00am
Sundays - 10:30am (Yoga)
All sessions are 45 minutes
