Our ethos of being different, progressive, and focused on creating transformation, not just change, has always been there.
Founder Chris Lupton, set up what was previously known as Innovate Personal Training back in April 2011, after 10 years in the corporate world.
From day 1, there was as much focus on mindset-coaching and behaviour change, as there was with training and nutrition.
Fast Forward to August 2012, and seeing the opportunity that the London Olympics presented, in terms of inspiring more of the public to be more active, Chris ran a 21 day trial group program in the evenings after his PT.
11 women finished the trial with epic results, and somehow convinced Chris to turn it into a “thing”. Soon there was nearly 20 clients. So a second time slot was added……and that soon filled up too.
Since those first few months, Innovate Personal Training has transposed into Innovate Fitness & Wellbeing, with an even bigger emphasis on embracing all aspects of health, fitness and wellbeing.
We now operate from our own 3,500 square foot training facility, have a team of 6, and nearly 200 clients!
We estimate that over the years, we’ve worked with over 3,000 local women via our signature group program, our online programs, and our small group PT & strength training.
